As children of God, we are called to fulfill the Great Commission, spreading the gospel and making disciples of all nations. My sons and I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel on a mission trip to El Salvador.
As a mother, my greatest desire is that, my walk with Jesus instill in my sons the values and the teachings of our faith. Proverbs 22:6 reminds us to train up a child in the way they should go, and this trip serves as a crucial part of that training. Our mission is not only to serve the people of El Salvador but also to deepen our own understanding of God's love and grace.
This mission trip is more than just a journey; it is an opportunity for my sons and me to become soldiers for the cross of Jesus Christ. We are eager to proclaim the good news and share the love of God with those we meet in El Salvador. However, we cannot embark on this journey alone.
