Their Story
I lost my father in 1990 and my mother in 2001. Before she passed away, she used to take me and my brother and sister to church. Life was extremely difficult after she had passed on and in desperation, the Lord brought me to the point of salvation. I joined Calvary Chapel Kampala and was given an opportunity to go to Bible college. During Bible college I developed a passion for ministry and attained a diploma in Biblical studies. I was given the responsibility to lead a team of volunteers when we opened a new church plant. I served as the main service coordinator, and then was asked to teach in the midweek service. Through prayer I received conviction from the Holy Spirit to start Calvary Chapel Mukono.
