Their Story
I gave my life to Christ in December 2003 after watching a movie focused on end-times. I understood that night that I was a sinner headed for God's judgment and I turned and ran to Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of my sins and justification forever. Thereafter I started attending a Church that was recommended to me, until I heard about Calvary Chapel Kampala on Christian radio in 2004-I was particularly attracted to the simple and in-depth Bible teaching on the radio. I then went to Calvary Chapel and have been here ever since. At Calvary Chapel Kampala, I got to know about Calvary Chapel Bible College, Uganda Affiliate Campus – I enrolled and studied in 2005-2006. As I attended the College, I started serving with the Children’s Ministry, later on becoming the leader of the Children’s Ministry. After a few years I became full time staff at the church, then was made a Pastoral Intern. I was ordained as a Pastor in 2011 and then Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel Kampala in 2013.
