Their Story
"The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord of the harvest to send more workers into His fields." – Jesus
Carlos & Carolina are resigning from their corporate jobs in South Florida to go to Colombia obeying God’s call to serve the community in Cartagena and the Island of Tierrabomba through the ministry of Calvary Chapel Cartagena.
Married for 25 years, they are giving themselves to make Jesus and His love known through various initiatives to bring about social justice and compassion, closing gaps in access to good education and food (physical and spiritual) in the community. They will be strengthening and encouraging individuals, couples and parents through their lives and instruction. More specifically, Carlos will assist with the various ministries of the church plant in Cartagena, and Carolina will be project-managing, among others, the creation of an after-school program for the island kids and an educational center in Cartagena and Tierrabomba.

🙏 Prayer Request:
That God would put together a great team of partners and champions of the mission who would provide the spiritual and/or financial support needed for Caro and I to deploy to Cartagena. We are ready to go, waiting for God's timing through people being part of the mission.
🙌 Praise Report:
We had a great time visiting the team in Colombia for the grand opening of the new church building.
