Her Story
Mimí and Yoly are a married couple from two different countries, Mexico and Cuba. United by their faith, God called them to glorify Him and serve on the mission field. Mimí serves as the administrative principal at a Christian school, where she brings her passion for education and spiritual guidance to her work. Yoly supports their local church through maintenance and cleaning while pursuing mechanic classes. We began serving the Lord in the Mayan mission in January 2023 in a small town called Tibolon for seven months. Yoly taught the Bible to adults, while Mimí taught children. Now, the Lord has called us to serve in Tabi, another Mayan mission. We will be serving in Tabi with the Compassion International project "La Vid Verdadera," teaching teenagers every Saturday, helping with cleaning and serving food, and assisting the project team once a month with shopping and other needs.
