Her Story
I never saw myself as a missionary. When my husband of 27 years passed away 19 years ago, I was devastated and didn't know what to do. I prayed and asked Jesus for three things: 1. To have a close intimate relationship with Him. 2. To use the pain. 3. To have an adventure with Jesus! He took me literally, and thus began my missionary adventures with Jesus. I have traveled to many nations and lived in a couple. When the pandemic happened, all travels were cut off. I was devastated, but now God has opened a door to serve in Mérida, Mexico at Calvary Chapel Mérida Centro with Pastor Robert Aguayo and his wife Dr. Damaris Aguayo. I can’t explain how absolutely excited I am. While there will be multiple service opportunities, my main focus will be building relationships and discipleship in both the Spanish and English speaking communities. I can’t wait to see how God will show up!
